Pool Status of the target Tier pool is not "Available", "Partially Readying", or "Exposed".
Operating Status of the target Tier pool is "Start".
Balancing:Status of the target Tier pool is "Active" or "Error".
A Tier pool of an ongoing Tier pool balancing exists within the storage device.
FTVs do not exist in the target Tier pool.
If a Tier pool balancing is performed simultaneously with a sub-pool capacity expansion, the process may take some time to complete. It may take a few minutes to a few hours depending on the usage capacity of each sub-pool within the Tier pool and the number of FTVs. If the usage capacity of each sub-pool and the number of FTVs are high, the process time should be taken into consideration when operating.
