The procedure to change number of layers of the registered Tier pool is as follows:
On the global navigation tab, click Storage.
The registered ETERNUS Disk storage systems are displayed on the Main pane.
On the Main pane, click the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.
On the Category pane, click Automated Storage Tiering.
The items of the Category pane change into the items concerning Automated Storage Tiering.
On the Category pane, click Tier Pool.
The registered Tier pools are displayed on the Main pane.
On the Main pane, check the target Tier pool checkbox.
Only one Tier pool can be selected.
On the Action pane, click Modify Layer under Tier Pool.
The information input screen is displayed.
Enter the necessary information, and then click Next.
The screen to configure the sub-pool is displayed.
Enter the necessary information for the added sub-pool, and then click Next.
The information confirmation screen is displayed. Confirm the information, and then click Modify.
