The following notes apply if the manager program and the agent program are the same version but different levels:
If the level of the manager program is newer than the level of the agent program (common to Version 16 and Version 15)
Operation is possible. However, functions that are supported by a level newer than the current agent program cannot be used.
If the current system is Version 16, and the level of the agent program is newer than the level of the manager program
Operation is possible. However, functions that are supported by a level newer than the current manager program cannot be used.
If the current system is Version 15, and the level of the agent program is newer than the level of the manager program
Operation is not possible.
Information
Because there are functional differences according to the version level of Storage Cruiser or AdvancedCopy Manager, it is recommended that you use a manager program and an agent program that are the same version level.
