The total number of the used capacity that can be simultaneously evaluated for Tier pools in the ETERNUS DX S3 series (excluding DX60 S3) has been expanded from 768 TB to 1 PB.
As for Tier pools in the ETERNUS DX S3 series (excluding DX60 S3), even if there is not about 10 % of reserved area in a Tier pool, evaluation and relocation of access status data can be executed. Refer to "Configuration of Tier Pool" in the Storage Cruiser Operation Guide for Optimization Function for details.

To use the above function, the application of the latest Program Urgent Fix is required for the Management Server of ETERNUS SF version 16.3.
