7.12 wvstat message

This section explains messages output when the wvstat command is executed.

wvstat Warn: Can't connect to server <IP address or hostname>,<port number>

Content:

Connection to the management server failed.

Corrective action:

Check the corrective actions below.

Corrective action 1: Web-Based Admin View may not be started or Web-Based Admin View may not be set up properly. Restart Web-Based Admin View and then execute the command again. If the message is output again after this corrective action is taken, see "PRIMECLUSTER Web-Based Admin View Operation Guide" to check the setup.

Corrective action 2

In Linux environment, communication with the management server may be blocked by firewall. When using firewalld, iptables, or ip6tables as firewall, allow the communication on port numbers used by Web-Based Admin View.
