The Redundant Control Function of Global Link Services (hereinafter GLS) allows the network interface used by Web-Based Admin View to be duplex. This will ensure the consistency of GUI monitoring operations.
This section describes a setup method of how to make the network interface to be duplex by using GLS.
The setting procedure is explained for each mode as follows:
NIC (Network Interface Card) switching mode
Virtual NIC mode
The following IP addresses used for Web-Based Admin View can be duplex.
IP address for identifying own host (Hereafter referred to as mip)
IP address used for connecting to the management server from the client (Hereafter referred to as httpip)
