If SSO (ServerView Single Sign-On) is selected when installing Resource Orchestrator, automatic registration of the directory service with Resource Orchestrator may fail for the following reason.
When communication with ServerView Operations Manager is not possible
When registration of a directory service with Resource Orchestrator fails, an authentication error will occur even in a correct user ID and password are entered, and you will be unable to log in.
When using Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication in Active Directory with a redundant configuration
User information may not have been synchronized between domain controllers because an error occurred in one Active Directory.
Refer to the following, and check if a directory service is registered with Resource Orchestrator.

Restore the Active Directory that an error occurred in and then synchronize user information between domain controllers.
