9.3 Error 67392 is Output when L-Platform Reconfiguration Fails

Cause

If the following message is output to vsys_batch_log, there is a possibility that the memory capacity for a server was reduced during operation.

VSYS20003: Status of task is error in CBRM response. task_id=xxxxx, error_code=67392, message=modifying VM guest failed. detail=operation failed:customizing vm guest (memory settings)

The memory capacity of the server is automatically changed to the maximum value of the pool during the reconfiguration if the maximum physical memory capacity of the VM pool is less than the memory capacity of the server included in the L-Platform when canceling a VM host, for example.

Corrective Action

Take one of the following corrective actions:

  1. Re-register the VM host whose registration was canceled.
  2. Stop the servers that have memory capacities exceeding the maximum physical memory capacity of the VM pool.

This will change the memory capacity of the server to the maximum physical memory capacity of the VM pool.
