This chapter provides an overview of this product.

This product provides the disaster recovery function which allows continuation of operations on a switchover destination site when a disaster strikes a cloud environment which is managed using FUJITSU Software ServerView Resource Orchestrator Cloud Edition.

This product provides simple and highly reliable Disaster Recovery, by exporting the following information that Resource Orchestrator Cloud Edition manager handles from the switchover source site and importing it to the switchover destination site.

In order to recover the cloud environment on the switchover destination site, copy the switchover source site storage to the switchover destination site, using the replication functions of the storage units.
