When the disk on one node cannot be accessed due to the node stop or the network error, data difference occurs between the disks in the netmirror group. If both nodes are started in this state, the disk containing the latest data is automatically selected when the cluster application is started, and this disk can be accessed.
After both nodes are started, the following will be the state until the disk containing the latest data is automatically selected when the cluster application is started.
To protect the data, the start lock is set in the netmirror volume.
Start of the netmirror volume or the synchronization copying is inhibited. (To start the netmirror volume, you need to start the cluster application.)
The slice included in the disk containing the latest data may be in an INVALID state. (This state is only temporary.)

Lock volume of the netmirror volume
Perform the lock volume operation only as the restoration procedure below. If a user performs the lock volume operation not as the restoration procedure, GDS may not work correctly.
