F.2.2 Collecting Investigation Material with sdxsnap.sh Script

You can only collect the essential investigation material of GDS with the sdxsnap.sh script.

If investigation material cannot be collected by the fjsnap command and FJQSS for any reason such as customer requirements, use this script.

Execute the sdxsnap.sh script by following the procedures below.

1. Login with the superuser authority.
   

2. Execute the sdxsnap.sh script.
   

   # /etc/opt/FJSVsdx/bin/sdxsnap.sh -s [-d dir]
   # cd dir
   # tar cvf snap.tar SDXSNAP

Use the -d option to save the material in the dir directory. dir must be specified with an absolute path. If the -d option is not used, the material will be saved in the /tmp directory.

Send the snap.tar file to field engineers.
