5.9 Collect Investigation Log of Smart Device (Agent)

If a problem arises when using the application, collect the data for investigation and send to the administrator.
Collected data is output to an external storage device (such as an SD card). (1MB space must be available)
Procedure of collection is as follows:

1. Start the installed Smart Device (agent) (Desktop Keeper Client).

   

2. After starting the installed Smart Device (agent), tap the Menu button. Option menu is displayed. Now, tap Settings.

   

3. In Settings, tap Collect investigation data .

   

4. Data collection confirmation window is displayed. If OK is tapped, data collection starts.

   

   Note

   When the data for investigation is already collected
   When data for investigation is already collected, the following message that asks the user whether to overwrite the existing data is displayed.
   
   'Collected file already exists.
   Do you wish to overwrite?'

   
   Tap the OK button to overwrite the existing file.

5. Once the collection is complete, the completion window is displayed. Tap Close to close the Window and tap the Back button to go back.

   

6. Confirm the storage location displayed in the completion window, and collect the log file (swla_trace.bin) output to the external storage device (such as SD card).
