This section describes how to collect, change and display the log for investigating errors that occurred in applications of Systemwalker Desktop Keeper CT.
The system administrator performs the following operations on each CT.
The collectable logs for investigation are as follows:
Error log
The log of the error occurred in the application of CT will be recorded.
The file name is "SWCT_ERR Year Month Day.DAT". (Example: SWCT_ERR070601.DAT)
Trace log
The content processed on the application of the CT will be recorded.
The file name is "SWCT_TRC Year Month Day. DAT". (Example: SWCT_TRC070601.DAT)
In the initial setting, the above logs for investigation are collected according to the following conditions. The initial setting is the log collection condition after the installation of the product. When modifying the log collection condition, refer to "5.8.1 Modify Collection Conditions".
