5.3 Collect Trace of Server Settings Tool

This section describes how to set the trace of the Server Settings Tool.

Note

Perform debugging trace in specified cases only.

When the data for investigation is collected in large amounts, the load of the PC may be increased. Collect the trace of the Server Settings Tool in the cases specified by Fujitsu's technical staff.

The procedure is as follows.

1. Start the Server Settings Tool.

2. Select Trace Server Settings Tool from the Settings menu.

3. Select Summary or Details.

   Trace collection will be started.

   Files are generated/updated under [OS installation drive]\ProgramData\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Keeper.

   When OFF is selected, the trace of the Server Settings Tool will be stopped.
