2.15 Wi-Fi Connection Destination List File

File name

Arbitrary (*.*).
When creating a file, the user can specify any file name.

Usage

This CSV file can be used for the following operations:

Register the unregistered Wi-Fi connection destination information
Export the registered Wi-Fi connection destinations to a CSV file
Transfer the registered Wi-Fi connection destination information to another Management Server
Change the registered Wi-Fi connection destination information
Delete the registered Wi-Fi connection destination information

Refer to "Register the Wi-Fi Connection Destination" in the User's Guide for Administrator for details on how to use the CSV file.
To change or delete the registered Wi-Fi connection destination information, use the information output to the CSV file.
To delete the Wi-Fi connection destination, specify the processing flag only.

Saving location

It can be saved in any location of the local drive.
Save the file so that the full path name can be specified within 218 halfwidth characters when outputting or importing the CSV file.

File format

The item name and description of the input CSV file are described as follows.
The character encoding is either Shift JIS or UTF-8, as specified using the Server Settings Tool.
The first line is the title and data follows from the second line.
If no Wi-Fi connection destinations are registered, only the title line will be output.

3	Wi-Fi connection target name (Required)	When outputting Output the Wi-Fi connection target name. When importing Specify the Wi-Fi connection target name. New registration: Specify the Wi-Fi connection target name using up to 80 halfwidth characters (40 fullwidth characters). Control code cannot be specified. This cannot be omitted. Modify: Specify the Wi-Fi connection target name using up to 80 halfwidth characters (40 fullwidth characters). Control code cannot be specified. This cannot be omitted. Delete: The value cannot be changed.
4	Notes	When outputting Output the notes. When importing Specify the notes. New registration: Specify the notes using up to 128 halfwidth characters (64 fullwidth characters). Control code cannot be specified. To omit this item, specify a halfwidth space. Modify: Specify the notes using up to 128 halfwidth characters (64 fullwidth characters). Control code cannot be specified. To omit this item, specify a halfwidth space. Delete: The value cannot be changed.
5	Access point BSSID (Required) (*1)	When outputting Output the access point BSSID. When importing Specify the access point BSSID. New registration: Enter the value in the "XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX" or "XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX" format. ("X" denotes a halfwidth alphanumeric character while ":" and "-" denote halfwidth colon and halfwidth hyphen respectively.) Modify: Enter the value in the "XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX" or "XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX" format. ("X" denotes a halfwidth alphanumeric character while ":" and "-" denote halfwidth colon and halfwidth hyphen respectively.) Delete: The value cannot be changed.
6	DNS server IP address (Required) (*1)	When outputting Output the DNS server IP address. When importing Specify the DNS server IP address. New registration: For IPv4 addresses, specify up to 45 halfwidth numeric characters and periods. For IPv6 addresses, specify up to 45 halfwidth hexadecimal characters and colons. Refer to "IPv6 Support" in the User's Guide for Administrator for details on registration with IPv6 addresses. This cannot be omitted.
