Take the following steps to collect the Java console on the client which displays Web-Based Admin View.
Java console display
Collect the Java console of Java Plug-in. Display it by taking the following steps.
Start up Java control panel.
Select [Details] tab on Java control panel.
Select "Show console "in "Java console" and click on <OK> button.
In case of non-displaying Java Console
After collecting this information, take the following steps to restore the setting as the Java console is not displayed:
Start up Java control panel.
Select [Details] tab on Java control panel.
Select "Hide console "in "Java console" and click on <OK> button.
