In the event of a failure, collect the following material for investigation, and contact local Customer Support.
Execute wvCntl to collect investigation information on all management servers and monitoring nodes.
Collect the Java Console on the clients.
Collect screen hard copies on the clients.

If the PRIMECLUSTER is installed, collect the investigation information. Refer to "C.1 Collecting Troubleshooting Information" in "PRIMECLUSTER Installation and Administration Guide."
