7.4 Troubleshooting

When esgui00001 Message is Displayed

After stopping ETERNUS SF Manager, the "esgui00001 internal error occurred" message may be output when displaying the Target Response Time graph or the QoS target achievement rate graph. In this case, perform the following procedure to delete the directory for the day on which the graph stopped being displayed, and restore the environment.

In addition, when performing this procedure, you cannot display the Target Response Time graph and the QoS target achievement rate graph for the deleted date.

  1. Log in to the Management Server with the following administrative permissions.

    • For Windows
User belonging to the Administrators group

    • For Solaris/Linux
"root" or user belonging to the root group

  2. Move to the following directory.

    • For Windows
      $INS_DIR\Common\var\qos
($INS_DIR is the "Program Directory" when ETERNUS SF Manager has been installed.)

    • For Solaris/Linux
      /var/opt/FJSVesfcm/qos

  3. Delete the directory for the date in which the graph was no longer displayed.
A directory is created with a name in the yyyymmdd format.
yyyy represents the year, mm the month, and dd the date.
