To delete RAID groups, the following conditions must all be satisfied:
There is no Tier pool existing in the storage device in which a RAID group is being deleted.
No FTV that is to be balanced exists in a deleted RAID group.
A Tier pool containing a deleted RAID group has two or more RAID groups which include the deleted RAID group.
Pool Status for a Tier pool containing a deleted RAID group is "Available" or "Exposed".
Shrinking for a Tier pool containing a deleted RAID group is displayed as a hyphen (-).
A Tier pool containing a deleted RAID group has the free space required for FTRPE to move to.
