Save the Consolidated Patch obtained from the public site to the client that is accessing Web Console. When doing so, do not change the name of the file.
Note
Use the Consolidated patch file exactly how it was obtained from the public site. Do not use a patch that has been obtained elsewhere or has been re-compressed.
The update file of UpdateSite Fix Type cannot be used, either.
