3.9 Messages for Smart Device CT

The following messages are displayed when using CT for smart devices.

Cause

The information required for synchronization processing is being collected.

Action

Wait until processing is complete.

The information has been collected.

Cause

Action

Cause

Synchronization processing is being performed.

Action

Wait until synchronization is complete.

The URL used for synchronization has not been specified.

Cause

Neither the enterprise server URL nor the Internet URL has been specified.

Action

Specify an enterprise server URL and/or Internet URL.

Cause

An error has occurred when trying to communicate with the server.

Action

Check the following, and perform synchronization again.

  • Is the enterprise server URL or Internet URL valid?

  • Has the network been disconnected?

  • Is flight mode on?

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

  • An error has occurred when trying to communicate with the server.

  • The network was disconnected during synchronization.

  • An error occurred on Systemwalker Desktop Patrol SS.

Action

Check the following, and perform synchronization again.
