3.7.11 ADT Messages

The following section describes messages output through the ADT automatic checkout device information.

The following messages are output to the event logs.

ID:4 The notification of device information has been completed.

Cause

Completed notification of the device information to the CS server.

ID:5 Failed to notify the device information. Details (%1)

Variable information

%1: Cause of the error

Cause

Failed to issue device information notifications to the CS server due to the error in %1.

Action

Remove the cause of the error according to the error message, and then restart the PC. If the cause of the error is temporary, it will be automatically detected on the next restart of the PC.

ID:6 Failed to collect the device information. Details (%1)

Action
