3.3.21 Messages Output in Modifying User of Standard Database Command

Syntax of command is incorrect.

Cause

The syntax of the command is incorrect.

Action

Specify the correct command argument, and then execute the command again.

The specified user has been authorized.

Cause

The specified user ID has already been added as a user of the standard database.

Action

Ensure that the specified user ID is correct, and then execute the command again.

The specified user has been deprived of authority.

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

  • The specified user ID has already been deleted from the standard database

  • The specified user ID has already been added as a user of the standard database

Action

Ensure that the specified user ID is correct, and then execute the command again.

The specified user does not exist in OS.

Cause

The specified user ID does not exist on the operating system, so it could not be added as a user of the standard database.

Ensure that the specified user ID has Administrators group privileges on the local computer, and then execute the command again.
