3.3.8 Messages Output in DTP Batch Restore Command

Restored successfully.

Cause

Action

Processing ended normally, so no action needs to be taken.

Failed to restore.

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

  • Files could not be accessed.

  • The backup file is defective.

  • A service operation failed.

  • The current environment may be different to that at the time of backup.

Action

Take the following actions, and then execute the command again.

  • Ensure that the correct backup files are in the backup file directory.

  • Ensure that the drive specified for the backup directory has sufficient available disk space.

  • Ensure that the current environment items are the same as at the time of backup (if different, specify the same values as those used in the environment at the time of backup).

    • Product version and patch application level

    • Product installation directory (installation drive, installation path, software distribution directory)

    • Systemwalker standard database directory

    • IP address

    • Host name

Specified path name is invalid.

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

  • The specified path does not exist.

  • The specified path contains spaces.

Action

Specify a valid path, and then execute the command again.

Specified path name is too long.
Specify the path using up to 100 halfwidth characters.

Cause

The specified path exceeds 50 fullwidth or 100 halfwidth characters.

Action

Specify a valid path, and then execute the command again.

Certificate cannot be restored.

Cause

The host name is different to that at the time of backup.

Action

Register the certificate according to the procedure during installation.
