3.3.7 Messages Output in DTP Batch Backup Command

Processing ended normally, so no action needs to be taken.

Failed to back up.

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

• Files could not be accessed.

• Backup files could not be created.

• A service operation failed.

• Failed to back up the certificate.

Action

Take the following action, and then execute the command again.

• Ensure that the specified backup directory is not a network drive.

• Ensure that the specified backup directory has write permission.

• Ensure that the drive specified for the backup directory has sufficient available disk space.

• If an alias name is specified, ensure that it is the same one specified when the CA certificate or intermediate CA certificate was registered.

Specified path name is invalid.

Cause

Possible causes are as follows:

• The specified path does not exist.

• The specified path contains spaces.

Action

Specify a valid path, and then execute the command again.

Specified path name is too long.
Specify the path using up to 100 halfwidth characters.

Cause

The specified path exceeds 50 fullwidth or 100 halfwidth characters.

Action

Specify a valid path, and then execute the command again.
