1.39 SWDTP_backup.exe (Batch Backup)

Functionality

This command backs up the files, software, security patches and database registered in the Desktop Patrol operating environment information and distribution feature.

Record format

SWDTP_backup.exe

backupFileDir [/software:true|false] [/alias: aliasName]

Option

Backup file directory

Specify the directory for storing files, software, security patches and database backups registered in the operating environment information and distribution feature, using an absolute path. You cannot specify a path containing spaces. Also, specify the path using up to 100 halfwidth characters.

/software:true|false

This option can be specified when you are executing the command on a PC that has CS installed.

Specifies whether to back up the software directory and expansion software directory. If this option is omitted, the default is "true".

true

Specifies to back up the software directory and expansion software directory.

false

Specifies not to back up the software directory and expansion software directory.

/alias: aliasName

This option specifies the alias name specified when the CA certificate or intermediate CA certificate was registered, if the customer prepared the server certificate and is using HTTPS communication on SS.

You do not need to specify this option if using a Systemwalker certificate.

Return value

0: Ended normally

Other than 0: Ended abnormally

Cautions

Example

Specify "D:\TEMP\DTBAKUP" for the backup file directory, and back up the files, software, security patches and database registered in the operating environment information and distribution feature.

"C:\Program Files\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Patrol\bnserv\bin\SWDTP_backup.exe" D:\TEMP\DTBAKUP

If processing fails, an error message will be output. Refer to "3.3.7 Messages Output in DTP Batch Backup Command" or "3.3.9 Messages Output in DTP Data Backup Command" for details.
