Create map file using Microsoft(R) Visio(R) according to setting location.
Register the sample of map file to the following location. Create the map file by referring to this file.

Drawing size of map file and file name are based on Microsoft(R) Visio(R).
Set the number of drawing pages of map file to 1 page.
Set the drawing scale of map file map to equal.
*The drawing scale can be set according to the following procedure.
Select File > Page Settings from the menu bar of Microsoft(R) Visio.
Select Equal (1:1) (N) from the Drawing Scale tab of the Page Settings window.
Click the OK button of the Page Settings window to reflect settings.
When performing automatic configuration of machine, set the user name in the text of each position of the map file. Configure the machine by referring to the set text.
*images such as bitmap and JPEG, as well as layout such as Excel files exist, they can be used directly without creating the layout again. However, when using the images and Excel file, the automatic configuration of machine cannot be performed.
When images such as BMP and JPEG exist
Images can be imported to Microsoft(R) Visio(R).
Attach the image files to the drawing of Microsoft(R) Visio(R).
When Excel file exists
Capture layout diagram of Excel as image file with the same procedure as "a" mentioned above and attach to the drawing file of Microsoft(R) Visio(R).
Save the created map file to the target for saving the map file set in "12.2.1 Create the Target for Saving Map File".
