3.2.8 View the Collected File

The administrator can view the collected file directly. The files are saved in the following directory.

Directory for saving collected file

DTP installation directory\FJSVsbinv\collect

In addition, to view the collected files, view the content under the above directory directly using Explorer .etc in CS. (It is unable to view from the main menu).

To view the collected file, refer to the following folder.

DTP installation directory\FJSVsbinv\collect\file\"User ID"+"PC Name" + "Higher Server Name"

Example) When the user ID is 0001, PC name is host1 and the upper server name is upperhost

C:\Program Files\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Patrol\FJSVsbinv\collect\file\0001+host1+upperhost

The directory for saving the collected file can be modified through using the CustomPolicy command.

In addition, when using the collected file function after version upgrade, confirm the setting value first.

For information on how to modify, refer to "Command Reference" of Reference Manual.

Note

The collected file will not be deleted automatically even if the file collection policy settings are changed. Manually delete unnecessary files.

View simple operation log file

The created simple operation log file is saved in the following directory of CT.

Installation directory of CT\invcl\inv\meter\opelog

In addition, when notified to CS, it will be saved under the Directory for saving collected file on CS.

To view, view directly under the directory.

The simple operation log file of maximum 4 months will be saved. The meaning of each created file is as follows.

UserOperation.00.wdu: Simple operation log file of this month

UserOperation.01.wdu: Simple operation log file of last month

UserOperation.02.wdu: Simple operation log file of two months before

UserOperation.03.wdu: Simple operation log file of three months before
