General

Network device name: The name used to identify a network device is displayed.

System Name (sysName): The name of the device specified as a network device is displayed.

IP address: The IP address to be used for communication with the admin server is displayed.

Device name (Product name)

The product name of the network device is displayed.

For Converged_Fabric, "Converged_Fabric" is displayed.
For VCS, "VDX" is displayed.

Model

The model name of a network device is displayed.

For NS appliances, "NSAppliance" is displayed.

For Converged_Fabric, "Converged_Fabric" is displayed.
For VCS, a hyphen "-" is displayed.

Vendor

The vendor name of a network device is displayed.

For NS appliances, "Fujitsu" is displayed.

Serial number: A hyphen ("-") is displayed.

Firmware version: The firmware version of a network device is displayed.

Device status

The status of a network device is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

normal
error
warning
unknown

Slot: A hyphen ("-") is displayed.

Maintenance mode

The status of maintenance mode is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

active
maintenance

Type

The type of a network device is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

L2-Switch
Firewall
SLB
Fabric
ManagementHost

For network devices with multiple types, all types are displayed separated by commas (",").
For virtual appliances, "(virtual)" is displayed following Type.

Fabric Type

The type of the Ethernet Fabric is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

C-Fabric
VCS

This is only displayed when the type is "Fabric".

Location: Displays the location of the network device.

Auto configuration

Displays whether the network device is set to be automatically set or not.

Fabric ID: The Fabric ID of the Ethernet Fabric is displayed.
This is only displayed when the fabric type is "C-Fabric".

VCS ID: The VCS ID of the Ethernet Fabric is displayed.

Port Profile

Displays whether the port profile setting is enabled or not.

This is only displayed when the fabric type is "C-Fabric".

S-TAG: The S-TAG of VFAB is displayed.
When using Converged Fabric, "2" is displayed.
This is only displayed when the fabric type is "C-Fabric".

Operation mode

The operation mode of VFAB is displayed.

VFAB Automatic Configuration

Whether the VFAB is automatically configured is displayed.

Tenant: The name of the tenant belonging to the VFAB is displayed.

Redundant Configuration

Group ID: The group ID is displayed.

Network Device Name: Another device in the redundancy configuration is displayed.
When there are multiple devices, the names of those devices are displayed separated by commas (",").

Hardware Details

Launch Network Device Web UI: A link to the "Web Management Window URL" configured for the network device is displayed.
If no "Web Management Window URL" has been configured, "There is no information to display" is displayed.

Port Properties

Port Number: The number of the port of the selected network device is displayed.

Port Name: The name assigned to the port of the selected network device is displayed.
When the fabric type is "VCS", the VCS interface name is displayed.

Member Port: When the name of a port with link aggregation is displayed for the port name, the port names of the physical port with link aggregation are displayed separated by commas (",").
When the physical port name is displayed as the port name, a hyphen ("-") is displayed.
This is not displayed when an Ethernet Fabric is selected.

Link Status

The operational status of the port is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

Speed/Duplex Mode: The speed and duplex mode of the operating port are displayed.

Link Aggregation Group: When the name of the port that comprises the link aggregation is displayed as the port name, the link aggregation name is displayed.
When the name of the port that comprises the link aggregation is not displayed as the port name, a hyphen ("-") is displayed.
This is only displayed when an Ethernet Fabric is selected.

Port Type

The port type of the network device is displayed.

When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", one of the following is displayed:

EP
CIR
EP(dot1ad)
Displayed when using the EP port for sending and receiving of the IEEE802.1ad frame.
CIR(dot1ad)
Displayed when using the CIR port for sending and receiving of the IEEE802.1ad frame.

When the fabric type is "VCS", one of the following is displayed:

Edge
ISL

This is only displayed when an Ethernet Fabric is selected.

Default VFAB

The relationship with the default VFAB is displayed.

Displayed when belonging to the default VFAB.
false
Displayed when not belonging to the default VFAB.

This is only displayed when the fabric type is "C-Fabric".

Distribution mode

Displays packet distribution mode for ports.

One of the following is displayed:

VLAN(S-TAG)
MAC
VLAN(C-TAG)
no-distribution
VLAN(other)

They are only displayed for IPCOM VA.

VLAN ID: The VLAN ID values used for distribution to an IPCOM VA virtual interface are displayed.
They are only displayed for IPCOM VA.

Link Aggregation Properties

This is only displayed when an Ethernet Fabric is selected.

Link Aggregation Group: The link aggregation group name is displayed.

Port Name

The port name of the link aggregation port is displayed.

When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", "-" is displayed.
When the fabric type is "VCS", the port channel name is displayed.

Member Port:Link Status

When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", the name of the port that comprises the link aggregation and the link status is displayed in the format of "Port Name: Link Status".

When the fabric type is "VCS", the name of the VCS interface that comprises the link aggregation and the link status is displayed in the format of "VCS Interface Name: Link Status".

Default VFAB

The relationship with the default VFAB is displayed.

Displayed when belonging to the default VFAB.
false
Displayed when not belonging to the default VFAB.

This is only displayed when the fabric type is "C-Fabric".

VLAN

VLAN ID: A list of VLAN IDs set in the selected network device is displayed.
When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", only VLANs that are defined for the default VFAB are displayed.

Untagged Port(s): A list of ports set with a port VLAN ID is displayed.
The logical port for link aggregation is not displayed.
When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", only VLANs that are defined for the default VFAB are displayed.
Some VLANs which have been configured with an AMPP function for VCS fabrics may not be displayed.

Tagged Port(s): A list of ports set with tagged VLAN ID(s) is displayed.
The logical port for link aggregation is not displayed.
When the fabric type is "C-Fabric", only VLANs that are defined for the default VFAB are displayed.

Link Data

Resource Name (left side): The name of the selected network device is displayed.

I/F (left side): The port name of the network device is displayed.
When the fabric type is "VCS", the VCS interface name is displayed.

I/F (right side): The interface name of the resource connected to the network device is displayed.
When the fabric type of the resource to connect is "VCS", the VCS interface name is displayed.

Resource Name (right side): The name of the resource connected to the network device is displayed.

Rule Set

Name (Label): The name of the ruleset is displayed.
This is only displayed when the type of a network device is "Firewall" or "SLB".

Category

The category of the ruleset is displayed.
One of the following is displayed:

Operation

Description: A description of the ruleset is displayed.

Login Information

Tenant: Displays the name of the tenant that can be used as login information for the network device.
If the network device type is "L2-Switch", a hyphen ("-") is displayed.

IP Address: The IP address which the network device logs into is displayed.

Port Number: The port number which the network device logs into is displayed.

Protocol: The name of the protocol used to login to the network device is displayed.

User ID: The user name used to login to the network device is displayed.

Authority: The privileges of the user used to login to the network device are displayed.

Authentication: The user authentication method for the network device is displayed.

Login Check

An account information check result is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

successful
failed
unchecked

Monitoring Settings

SNMP community name: Displays the community name used for SNMP communications with the network device.

Monitoring method

The type of monitoring used on the network device is displayed.

One of the following is displayed:

ping
SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)
NETCONF

When multiple monitoring methods are specified, all of the monitoring methods are displayed separated by commas (",").

Monitoring interval (sec): Displays the monitoring interval (in seconds) for the network device.

Retry count: Displays the number of retries when monitoring of the network device fails (no response before timeout).

Timeout(sec): Displays the time (in seconds) a response is waited for before it is determined monitoring of the network device has failed.

Virtual Appliance

This is only displayed when a virtual appliance is selected.

Management host

The admin IP address and resource name of the management host (physical server on which IPCOM VX or NS appliance are operating) on which the network device is operating are displayed in the "admin IP address (resource name)" format.

The following name is displayed as a resource name.
