F.2.3 Incompatible Functions

This section describes the incompatible functions of GLS 4.3A20 from the previous version.

F.2.3.1 Supports Restoration of the Network Functions which Physical Adapters Use

After the stphanet command or the delete subcommand of the hanetnic command is executed, physical adapters which have been bundled in the virtual adapter can use the same network functions as before bundled.

Before modification

For physical adapters which have been bundled in the virtual adapter, all installed network functions are checked.

After modification

For physical adapters which have been bundled in the virtual adapter, the same network functions as before bundled are checked.

Before modification

The GLS driver is checked on all network adapters after installing GLS.

After modification

The GLS driver is not checked on all network adapters after installing GLS.

Before modification

With physical adapters bundled in the virtual adapter, the check status of the GLS driver is not changed depending on whether the virtual adapter is activated or deactivated.

After modification

With physical adapters bundled in the virtual adapter, the check status of the GLS driver is changed as follows, depending on whether the virtual adapter is activated or deactivated.

Point

The check status of the network function is displayed in the [Properties] window by selecting a physical adapter in [Control Panel]-[Network Connections].
