This appendix explains how to configure the settings when using an Ethernet Fabric (Converged Fabric) as a network device.
When Converged Fabric is used as an Ethernet fabric, ServerView Fabric Manager can be used. Registering ServerView Fabric Manager in Resource Orchestrator as Converged Fabric management software enables starting of the window of ServerView Fabric Manager from Resource Orchestrator.
For details on registering, refer to "5.14 Registering Converged Fabric Management Software" in the "User's Guide for Infrastructure Administrators (Resource Management) CE".
Note
ServerView Fabric Manager must nullify and install the function related to the port profile when you use Resource Orchestrator and ServerView Fabric Manager at the same time.
