9.5.1 Setting Method

Point

Setting the Method for Setting Resource Names can be set by "Setup Wizard" on the ROR console.

For details of "Setup Wizard", refer to "3.1 Setup Wizard" in the "User's Guide for Infrastructure Administrators CE".

Use the following procedure to specify the setting method:

1. Open the definition file in a text editor.

   The definition file is stored in the following location:

   [Windows Manager]

   Installation_folder\RCXCFMG\config\vsys_config.xml

   [Linux Manager]

   /etc/opt/FJSVcfmg/config/vsys_config.xml

2. Set the following items in the settings file:

   Key name	Setting range	Content
   folder-name-method	1 to 4	Specify the method for setting folder names. If this key is omitted, "1" will be used as the default value. The numbers correspond to the setting method numbers in the table in "Folder name".
   lserver-name-method	1 to 3	Specify the method for setting L-Server names. If this key is omitted, "1" will be used as the default value. The numbers correspond to the setting method numbers in the table in "L-Server name".

   A specification example is shown below:

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the manager.
   Refer to "2.1 Starting and Stopping Managers" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on how to Restart the manager.
