Start the manager in order to enable the email settings set in "9.1.2 Settings for Email Sent from Tenant Management and 9.1.3 Settings for Email Sent from the [L-Platforms] Tab.
Refer to "2.1 Starting and Stopping Managers" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on how to stop the manager.
