On the Cloud Management Portal, "services" refers to virtual machines, SLBs, and RDBs deployed in platforms.

Services created on the Cloud Management Portal must not be directly modified, deleted or stopped/started on the cloud service integrated with Cloud Services Management. When services are directly modified, deleted, stopped, or started, trouble resulting from inconsistencies between service configurations or inaccurate calculation of billing may occur.
