To modify a platform, perform the following operations.
Go to the [Platform Management] menu in the [Home] window and click the [To the list] link. Alternatively, select the [Platforms] navigation tab.
From the added platforms list, click the name of the platform to be modified.
The [Platform Details] window for the platform to be modified is displayed.
Click the [Modify] button on the upper right of [Details].
The following items can be modified.
Platform Name
Project ID
Supervisor ID
Platform Code
Description
Operation Options (varies depending on the selected cloud vendor and menu)
Note
When the usage charges has already exceeded [Limit] configured in a project, the addition of operation options is not possible.

Supervisor ID can only be selected by a member (project manager or project user) of the specified project.
Clicking the [Next] button displays the [Confirmation] window. To correct any incorrect entries, go back to the previous windows for entry using the [Prev] button and make any necessary corrections.

When modifying a platform would cause usage charges to exceed [Limit] of the selected project, a warning message is displayed.
Even if a warning message is displayed, it is still possible to modify the platform. However, the available functions are restricted when [Limit] is exceeded.
Consider increasing [Limit] of charges and then modifying the platform.
Click the [Request] button in the [Confirmation] window. The request is indicated as waiting processing, and a request for approval email is automatically sent to the approvers.
Note
After modification of a platform, when modifying a project to which the operating user belongs, the supervisor ID of a project member in the corresponding platform before the modification is specified. A user who is a project member (project manager or project user) in the platform after the modification must modify the supervisor ID of the corresponding platform.
