3.3.5 Message Output with Automatically Adding Encrypted Files As E-mail Attachment Function

[SBX-ERR001] Encryption error.

Password is not entered. Please enter the password.

Cause

The password or re-entry password is not entered.

Enter the password.

%s: the incorrect contents corresponding to error code

The following incorrect contents will be displayed.

1. An error occurred when adding the E-mail file attachment (IMAPI). Confirm whether the E-mailer system is set according to rules.

2. Access to the file is denied.

3. The disk has no free space.

4. Failed to open the file.

Cause

An error occurred in Windows API or SecureBox API.

Resolution

Under the condition of 1., confirm the settings of E-mail in the networking options.

Under the condition of 2., confirm whether the file is being used by other applications, or the file is written-protected.

Under the condition of 3., confirm the free space of C disk.

Under the condition of 4., confirm whether the characters not allowed are used in the file name, or the file name is too long.

Under other conditions, confirm the contents described by the error information and take some corresponding resolutions.

[SBX-INF001] Encryption warning.
The path length of selected file exceeds 218 halfwidth characters (109 fullwidth characters). Please select another file.

Cause

The selected file path has exceeded 218 halfwidth characters (109 fullwidth characters).

Resolution

Confirm the selected file and select again.

[SBX-INF002] The following characters are not allowed in the file name.

Cause

The invalid characters are entered in the file name.

Resolution

Enter a correct file name.

[SBX-INF003] Encryption warning.
The password entered two times does not match. Please check the password

Cause

The entered password and re-entry password do not match.

Resolution

Enter the correct password.

The password length is incorrect. Please enter the password within %d ~%d characters.

Cause

The length of the password is not within the range set in the policy.

Resolution

Re-entry the password again.
