The Support Specialist can give you operational instructions from a remote location. When a Support Specialist connects in "Instruction Mode", a pointer will appear in the screen so that you will be able to follow its procedures and learn the Support Specialist's instruction very easily.
The Support Specialist may use options to prohibit users from using the mouse and the keyboards during the remote operations. If the Support Specialist selects this option during the remote operation, you will not be able to operate by the mouse or the keyboards. If you intend to use mouse or keyboards during the sessions, we recommend that you ask the Support Specialist not use this option in advance.
