FT model servers have multiple TCP/IP addresses. Therefore you must choose a TCP/IP address to use for Live Help sessions explicitly.
When you use Live Help Expert or Live Help Client on the FTvirtual Server OS, specify an external IP address that the FTvirtual Server OS uses to communicate with other computers.
When you use Live Help Client on the CoServer OS, specify an external IP address that the CoServer OS uses to communicate with other computers.
