Using Client Setup, which is installed with the Live Help Client software, you can change Live Help Client settings. Allowing everyone to run Client Setup means that there is a risk that the Client software's configuration may be changed by an approved or unknown user, accidentally or intentionally.
Therefore, it is recommended that only the administrator account be allowed to run Client Setup. To change access control settings of Client Setup, follow the steps below:
Right-click the following file and click Properties.
<Folder where Live Help Client is installed>\CSETUP.EXE
Click the Security tab and modify the file permissions.
Using Live Help Security Setup command, you can restrict a user without administrative privileges from changing the Live Help Client settings.
