When a Live Help Client is running, there is a risk that a Live Help Expert operated by an unauthorized user can improperly access the machine on which Live Help Client is installed.
Therefore, if that machine is unattended or you are not currently accessing the machine, it is recommended that you log off from the operating system or use the Password Protection feature in a Screen Saver to force approval when someone connects to the Client computer.
