When a Live Help Expert is installed on a machine, there is a risk that an unauthorized user can improperly operate the Live Help Expert and access a Client computer.
Therefore, when you leave that machine unattended, it is recommended that you log off from the operating system or use the Password Protection feature in a Screen Saver to force approval when someone uses the Expert computer.
