Session events include all Live Help operations occurring while in a session with the exception of operations involving file transfers.
Several events indicate "address" information among their parameters. Here the term varies based on the connection method used by the session. Address information will be written in the journal file as an IP address (for a TCP/IP connection), phone number (if calling by Modem), or nothing (if receiving the call by modem).
The table below also refers to "Support Center name" when discussing parameters for InitNetwork. Parameters also vary based on the connection method used by the session. Values for parameters can be the Support Center's name (for a Support Center session), "TCP/IP Direct" (for a TCP/IP direct session), or nothing (if a Modem was used).
Also, the "name of the logged in user" will be written for all events. The parameter is not mentioned in the table below, but it will be always added at the end of parameters for each event. The logged in user means the user who is using the Live Help software. In case of the Live Help Client program running on the Windows(R) Security dialog box, the word "SYSTEM" will be written instead of a user name since no user is logged on.
