Using the Compare operation, you can compare files, folders or drives on the Support Specialist's computer with those on the Client's computer. There are two ways to perform the compare function. The first is to compare them from the local and remote file system sub-windows. The second is to compare them from the Compare Result sub-window. In the later case, you can compare a folder or drive but cannot compare file.
