You can start instruction mode with any of the following methods:
Auto Start: Using the items in the Remote Control option in the OPTIONS menu, set Live Help Expert to always start in instruction mode when he/she joins a session. OR...
Button: Click the 
Switch Mode button and select Instruction Mode. OR...
Menu: Choose the Instruction Mode in the Switch Mode option in the TOOLS menu.

If you add the Switch Mode button to the toolbar using the toolbar customization feature, you can change operation mode by simply clicking the button.

Note
If there are several Experts in a session and the Expert with the remote control right changes the mode to instruction mode, the other Experts also change into instruction mode. The instruction mode state is held throughout the session.
