While using Remote Control, you can send special Windows(R) key sequences to the Client or another Support Specialist.
Note
This feature is available only when having remote control.
To send a special Windows(R) key sequence:
Click the Send Keys button. OR...
Choose Send Keys from the TOOLS menu.
A cascading menu opens, listing the key sequences available. Once you choose the appropriate entry from the cascading menu, the key sequence is immediately sent to the computer you are remote controlling.
