Support desk personnel use the Live Help Expert application to connect to a Client.
In the steps that follow, your colleague will play the role of the Client, starting the Client application to receive assistance from the help desk. You will become the Support Specialist, running the Live Help Expert application to connect to your colleague's computer over the network and start the support session.
It is easy to get a support session started. You and your colleague just select the appropriate shortcut from the Fujitsu Live Help folder on the Start menu or the Apps screen.
