When you use Support Centers for your Live Help communications, Live Help Client and Live Help Connection Manager / Live Help Connect will start sending each other a KeepAlive packet (to make sure the other computer is not dead) when the Live Help Client program is started. As a result, the Client system is always connected to the Internet and communicating with Live Help Connection Manager / Live Help Connect, and charged for Internet connections whenever Live Help Client is running. Therefore, it is recommended to configure Live Help Client to "not run as a service" and to manually launch it when you use it, if you use Support Centers for your Live Help communications.
