Instruction mode allows you to instruct the Client in operating methods while viewing the Client's computer screen and operation. When you switch the operating mode to the instruction mode, the instruction pointer manipulated by the Expert appears on the Client's computer screen and enables the Expert to provide the Client with operating instructions.
Because Clients themselves perform operations, such as editing files, opening menus, and starting other applications, they can learn more efficiently, and therefore cutting down on repeat calls for the same problem.
To enable the instruction mode, you need to turn on the remote control. During instructions, if the remote control right moves to another Expert, the right to control the instruction pointer will also moves to the Expert. Experts can acquire the remote control right (the right to manipulate the instruction pointer) as necessary.
