To uninstall the Live Help software, follow the steps below.
On Windows Server 2003 STD / Windows Server 2003 EE;
Open the Control Panel and double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
Click to select Live Help Connection Manager in the list.
Click Remove button.
On Windows Vista;
In the Control Panel, under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
Click to select Live Help Expert in the list.
Click Uninstall button.
When a UAC message appears, click Continue.
On Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 STD / Windows Server 2008 EE / Windows Server 2008 R2 / Windows Server 2008 Foundation;
Open the Control Panel and double-click the Programs and Features icon.
Click to select Live Help Expert in the list.
Click Uninstall button.
On Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2012 R2;
In the Control Panel, under Programs, select Programs and Features icon.
Click to select Live Help Expert in the list.
Click Uninstall button.
Note
You must logon to the Windows(R) system as an administrator (a user who belongs to the Administrator group) to uninstall the Live Help products.
After uninstalling Live Help Expert, you must restart the computer.
