Chapter 4 Troubles at Maintenance Operation

Troubles relating to assets backup

1. After backing up data using backup command, the command log is not backed up.

2. The executed backup command is ended due to error.

3. The executed log deletion process has ended due to error.

Troubles relating to assets restoration

1. Restoration process is performed using the database backup command, but error occurred during the operation of management console.- After setting the policies, click [Update Immediately], "X items in X have been updated" will be displayed. However, no matter whether policy is updated or not, "0 items in X" is displayed, and "No Update" is displayed afterwards. Policy cannot be reported.- Client (CT) cannot be moved. After client (CT) has been moved, click [Updating Configuration], "[LVSY-ERR003] This physical node information has not been found." will be displayed. Information after moving cannot be shown.

2. Error occurs after domain user starts Server Settings Tool and backup/Restoration Tool.

Troubles relating to the application of corrections

1. When emergency correction in UpdateSite format is expected to be used, an error occurs to prevent its application.
